2. Using this site
You may not use our products or this site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe anyone's rights, or to transmit anything malicious. You may not attempt to interfere with the security of the site.
We may refuse service to anyone, for any lawful reason, at any time.
3. Products and pricing
We try to display our products and their colours as accurately as we can, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows a colour exactly as it appears in the workshop. **If colour matters to your build, ask us for a sample before you order.**
Prices are shown in **pounds sterling (GBP)** and are **[inclusive / exclusive]** of VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order we have already accepted.
Products are subject to availability. Occasionally an item is out of stock or a material is discontinued by the manufacturer; if that affects your order we will contact you with the options.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation or, for made-to-order work, when we confirm your accepted estimate and receive your deposit.
We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, if we have made a pricing error, or if we cannot carry out the work safely. If we do, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid.
5. Made-to-order furniture and preparation work
Work carried out at the workshop follows this process:
1. **Enquiry** — you tell us what you need, and we confirm the details.
2. **Estimate** — we prepare an estimate based on your requirements.
3. **Deposit** — once you accept the estimate, we raise a **60% deposit invoice** to secure your booking and reserve your date.
4. **Scheduling** — we do not operate a waiting list. We offer our next available dates or book a day that suits you.
5. **The work** — you bring your van in on the agreed date. **Your van must remain with us until the work is complete** and cannot be used during that time.
6. **Completion** — the remaining balance is payable on completion, before collection.
Estimates are based on the information you give us and, where relevant, on our assessment of your vehicle. If the work needed changes materially once we see the van, we will tell you before carrying on and agree any change with you first.
Made-to-order items are built to your specification and **cannot be returned because you have changed your mind** — see our Refund Policy.
6. Your vehicle while it is with us
While your vehicle is at the workshop:
- Please remove personal belongings and valuables. We cannot accept responsibility for items left in the vehicle.
- Please tell us about anything we should know — existing damage, faults, modifications or anything that affects how the vehicle is handled.
- We will take reasonable care of your vehicle while it is in our custody.
7. Warranty
Furniture units we manufacture carry a **6-month warranty** covering manufacturing defects, workmanship, the materials we have used and any fixings we have supplied. Appliances we supply are covered by the manufacturer's own warranty.

8. Your rights as a consumer
If you are a consumer, you have legal rights under the **Consumer Rights Act 2015** — goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality — and, for distance sales, under the **Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013**.
**Nothing in these terms limits or excludes those rights.** Where anything here conflicts with them, your statutory rights take precedence.
9. Accuracy of information
We do our best to keep the site accurate and up to date, but content here is provided for general information. Specifications, lead times and prices can change. If something on the site matters to your decision, please confirm it with us before ordering.
10. Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for any breach of your statutory rights as a consumer.
Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was made, or for business losses — we supply to consumers, and if you use our goods for a commercial purpose we have no liability for loss of profit, loss of business or business interruption.
11. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party material. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party sites, and a link is not an endorsement.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to it.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of **England and Wales**, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
