01Which ply do you line with?
Vöhringer 15mm for furniture. Lining is thinner — 3–5mm on the sides, 9–12mm on the floor. It's the German furniture-grade stock premium converters use — noticeably lighter than standard birch, which matters when you're lining a whole shell.
02Do you insulate behind it?
Yes, and it's the right time to do it. Insulation and sound deadening both go in before the ply, in the same pass — doing it later means taking the lining back out.
03Can I fit it myself?
You can. We'll template your van, cut the panels and supply them flat-packed with the fixings. Most of the skill is in the templating, and that part's already done.
04How long does it take?
A lining job is usually two to four days in the workshop, depending on van size and whether insulation is going in at the same time.
